香港大學學生會工程學會土木工程學會於2001年成立。學會作為一個學生營運的學術組織，素來不遺餘力地鼓勵和促進會員在學業和事業上的發展，並積極推廣會員福利。學會除了為會員與學系相互傳遞訊息，同時致力加強會員與外間團體的溝通，並且擔任向外界宣傳土木工程的角色。

Civil Engineering Society, ENS, HKUSU was established in 2001. Being a student-run, academic organisation, the Society resolves to enhance both academic and occupational aspects of members, as well as providing members with ample welfare. The Society not only serves as a bridge to connect members and the Department, but also strengthens the relationship between members and external bodies, thus fosters and promotes the civil engineering industry to the public.
